18ct white gold mounted ruby and round brilliant cut diamond lozenge shaped,domed pendant with diamond set loop. The rubies are displayed in a channel setting, whilst the diamonds are in a claw setting. This fabulous looking pendant is by Hatton Garden leading manufactures H.Marx.
