1. How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?
Please read terms & conditions to see if you qualify for free delivery.
For First class Delivery in the UK, please allow 1-2 working days. The charge is £5.00 per address.
For Special class Delivery in the UK, please allow 1 working day. The charge is £10.00 per address.

2. How can I check on an order I placed on jacksonjewellers.com?
To check on the status of an order please click on the "My Account" section of the website.

3. How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number, which you may need at a later date.

4. Can orders be placed from abroad?
Orders can be placed from abroad, just select the currency button and place your order in the normal way. For delivery options please email Dan@jacksonjewellers.com.

5. Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?
No if it is your first order, we can only deliver to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers' against fraud. If delivery to a different address than your own is a necessity and it is not your first order then please contact (0)1923 232449. Lines are open 9.00am-5pm (GMT) Tuesday to Saturday.

6. How is my gift packaged?
Even the tiniest of presents from Jackson jewellers are beautifully wrapped in tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is then sent off to either you or a loved one with a card that you can personalise when you order.

7. How do I get my Jackson Jewellers product engraved?
We offers both hand and machine engraving services on most items. For more information about our engraving services, please contact (0)1923 232449.Lines are open 9.00am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.

8. Is there VAT charged online?
Yes, VAT is calculated on UK regulations where applicable.

9. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?
If you are not happy with your Jackson jewellers purchase please return it to us.Provided goods are returned as sold within 10 days of receipt, we can exchange any goods, send replacements give you a credited gift voucher or refund your money. Items must be returned, fully insured for the paid price, in the original packing, without any alterations or damage. Please include your sales receipt. We reserve the right to deduct 5% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) to cover handling & re-stocking costs. However a small charge to cover postage will normally suffice. (Please see Returns Policy for full details)

10. How do I pay for my goods?
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and currently accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Electron Maestro & Maestro(Dom)

11. When will my account be debited?
Your account will be debited once your order beem made.

12. How do I get an item repaired?
We have a workshop on site with a repair service. Please bring your item to our shop or send your item via an insured method, directly to:

13. What do I do if the ring I purchased is the wrong size?
Don't worry! If you have the ring size please let us know as soon as possible & we can size it before delivery. If you do not know the size either come into the shop or go to a reputable jewellers to have your finger measured professionally. Any ring bought from us is sized free of charge. If for any reason the ring cannot be sized (normally due to too many sizes either up or down) we can remount the ring to your size. A small charge may be incurred.

14. Will resizing a ring devalue or weaken it in any way.
No. Done professionally you should not be able to see where this has been done and is standard practise within the jewellery trade. The value of the ring will not be affected. If the shank (band) of the ring is to thin, we will then recommend a new shank, 3/4 shank, 1/2 shank accordingly.
