18ct yellow gold hand mounted,with a white top setting, pearl & old cut diamond cluster ring.The pearl measures approximately 7mm.The old cut diamonds are individually set in a grain & rub over setting,with just a trace of the mille grain edge left to see.The diamond total weight is approximately 0.70cts.The ring dates from C1910.
