D.Jackson Ltd makes no warranties with regards to accuracy and completeness of any content included on the Website. We also do not take responsibility for any content of third party websites we may link to.
Posting of goods
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK.Free Standard delivery applies only to orders of £50 or more (including VAT at the UK rate); free Next Day delivery applies only to orders of £100 or more (including VAT at the UK rate) placed on the Jackson Jewellers website depending on the weight of the item. To qualify for FREE delivery, the total amount of the products purchased after any discounts applied must be £50 (Standard) or £100 (Next Day). Goods ordered must come to the applicable total before any packing charges are added. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time. If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging is recalculated according to the postage rates mentioned above. For example, if you order £60 worth of goods, and then cancel a £20 item, your order total will drop below £50, and you will no longer qualify for FREE delivery.

Returns Policy:
Please contact us as soon as possible (see contact us) with your name Address & order details. Provided goods are returned as sold within 10 days of receipt, we can exchange any goods, send replacements give you a credited gift voucher or refund your money. Items must be returned, fully insured for the paid price, in the original packing, without any alterations or damage. Please include your sales receipt. We reserve the right to deduct 5% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) to cover handling & re-stocking costs. However a small charge to cover postage will normally suffice.
Cancellations:
If you have to cancel an order for any reason, provided the good(s) have not been dispatched, then a full refund will be given. If however the good(s) have been dispatched they must be returned via a fully insured method. A small charge will be made to cover costs of restocking & postage. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
